Busy Making Plans with my Kawaii Planner
Hi everybody! Shannon joining you today and I'll warn you in advance, this post is picture heavy! I am going to admit something to you, I was intimidated by planners. It was not something I wanted to embrace, I didn't think I would be able to fill up pages with details of my life, my family, our day to day. On the contrary, I have been busy making plans with my Kawaii Planner. I honestly didn't think my days added up to that much. I am a housewife, I don't have a job that I leave the house everyday, I felt kind of silly writing down...laundry. As I began recording things I needed to do, had to plan for and appointments..I saw that my days were actually filled, they were important, they did matter to the people I am surrounded by. There was no reason for me to feel like my days didn't matter because they weren't filled with important meetings and deadlines. My meetings, emails, deadlines are important too. Everyone has a role in this fabric of life. The point here is use your planner, enjoy filling your planner, realize that comparison is the thief of joy and know your days matter whether you're a mom or a businesswoman, or both!

I'm sharing the last few weeks of my life with you and the month of September, as I am still filling the days. Paddy and the boys are in full football mode and right now, it is all we know, and that's ok. I'm the Meal Mom, and I am so happy to take care of the boys each week and the planner helps me keep everyday moments recorded and organized.
