I thought I wonder what that means and for the discounted price I was willing to try it. They are delightful small stickers that look like cut out at first glance. If you work at it you will see they do have a sticker backer on them. They are a bit bigger than confetti shapes but very small for a sticker. But they look great and will give a lot of impact to a project.
